Headspace - currently available free for educators in the UK, US, Canada and Australia, headspace is a great app teaching you to be kind to yourself

Calm - a great app for helping you unwind. It was offering completely free access for teachers, but they've currently put that on hold while they develop mindfulness resources for schools - who knows what that will mean
